They were friendly and very easy to deal with. They communicated well and consulted with me before doing any additional repairs (my subfloor was rotted and needed replaced). I was referred to Villanueva LLC after the initial contractor I had hired, bailed on the job. My wife and I are very particular, and we were pleased when ‘Jev’ took the time to listen to our requests and concerns. Unlike the previous contractor, Jev’s plan of action was more logical, and led to beautiful results. Jev and his crew were consummate professionals. They were timely, polite, and hardworking. They moved the required furniture without blinking an eye, and did a very through clean-up upon completion. Between the two days the crew was installing vinyl laminate flooring in our whole house, my wife and I discovered a few small issues with the floor. When the crew arrived the next day we shared our concerns. Jev and his crew listened to our concerns, and willing agreed to make the necessary changes. They provided excellent customer service!
